The information that we collect from our customers is used solely to determine whether or not they qualify for a financial product that Rigquipment Finance offers. All personal information that is collected is stored in a SSAE 16 Type II compliant secure server protected by passwords and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption (data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL during transfer and 256-bit AES SSL encryption while stored). Rigquipment Finance has established additional physical as well as procedural safeguards in order to ensure the confidentiality of the information that is submitted by our customers and applicants.

SHARING OF INFORMATION
Rigquipment Finance may share your personally identifiable information with trusted third parties who provide business essential services to us. Rigquipment Finance reserves the right to amend the privacy policy at any time. However, we will always do so with the best interest of our customers in mind. If a revision is made, you will be notified via e-mail and/or a notice will appear on the homepage of our website for 30 days following the policy change.
